We're in this not only to bake the greatest cookie, but also to find a way to send an eco-friendly gift to a loved one, friend, frenemy, who ever needs it right now. Part of that mission includes seeking the most sustainable and ethical options for ingredients and packaging. We bake in small batches to reduce food waste. We do our best at Mamalou Bakeshop to remain as environmentally friendly and sustainable as we can. We source local and organic ingredients when it's available and feasible.
